“What is it like being a Dominican at UCHS?”
“Naturally I’m just so used to representing my country and where I come from. At Uncommon there’s just a group of Dominicans so when we do represent ourselves it’s like… we’re kinda judged for it. It makes me very uncomfortable because I don’t judge anybody else for where they come from, what they do, their language or accent. But as Dominicans we’re judged for that that, they view us as dramatic, but DoMiNicANs aRe dRaMatIc!”
